1. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order on this website creates a request, not a binding contract. Every order is confirmed by our team — usually over WhatsApp — before baking begins. We may decline or adjust an order if the requested design, date or delivery location cannot be served.

Each outlet has a daily production capacity. When an outlet is full for your chosen date, your order is routed to the next nearest outlet with availability, or you will be asked to pick another date.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable local taxes. Prices for custom and theme cakes are indicative; the final price depends on weight, tiers and design complexity, and will be confirmed before we begin.

Delivery across Ranchi is complimentary unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Custom and Theme Cakes

We replicate reference designs as faithfully as our craft allows. Because every cake is handmade, minor variations in shade, texture and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Fondant figurines, toppers and decorative accessories may not be edible; we will tell you when that applies.

4. Delivery

Time slots are best-effort windows, not guaranteed times. Traffic, weather and local conditions can cause delays.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address and slot provided. A valid, reachable mobile number is required.

5. Food Safety

All CakeMela products are 100% eggless and pure vegetarian, prepared in an FSSAI-certified kitchen (licence 21123000000000).

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat and soy. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cakes are perishable. Refrigerate on arrival and consume within 24 hours for the best experience.

6. Account and Access

You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure, since it is used to sign in. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been misused.
